Everything there was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was lovely. And there was an incredible view onto the gardens. The location was marvellous and amazing in a local area, near to a great stay-wonderful homemade jams and a big supermarket. Had tea and goodies at Sainsbury's, nestled 1 km of the hotel. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requests, do recommend it.

I recently stayed at a charming Bed & Breakfast in Kelso for a weekend getaway. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming host family made me feel right at home. The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable, it was hard to leave in the morning. I had my own bathroom next door, and everything was immaculately clean. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast, with a great selection of quality ingredients. The breakfast room had a lovely view of the town. The hostess was friendly and helpful, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. I've stayed in many B&Bs in Scotland, but this one truly stands out. I will definitely be back!
Would recommend this hotel.
