The place was fairly clean with a wonderful staff. I had splendid cereal, porridge, yoghourt, and fruit in the morning. Had stunning location to the town centre across the park, a super close walk to Fort.

Location: the hotel was very close to a hill near city centre of Kelso, a great stay-wonderful homemade jams and lovely breakfast selection-highly recommended, and the Scottish Borders'.

The property is clean and stunningly beautiful! The rooms are impeccably clean and absolutely gorgeous with tea/coffee making equipment, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is super. The location is amazing and lovely, in the centre. When I am in Kelso, I like staying here.

Everything there was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was lovely. And there was an incredible view onto the gardens. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requests, do recommend it.

I recently stayed at a charming Bed & Breakfast in Kelso for a weekend getaway. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming host family made me feel right at home. The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable, it was hard to leave in the morning. I had my own bathroom next door, and everything was immaculately clean. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast, with a great selection of quality ingredients. The breakfast room had a lovely view of the town. The hostess was friendly and helpful, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. I've stayed in many B&Bs in Scotland, but this one truly stands out. I will definitely be back!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a delightful town. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the town center and all its attractions. I loved waking up to the lovely view overlooking the interesting town, and the rooms were comfortable with all the comforts I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel at home straight away. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast, with the option of a full cooked breakfast and gorgeous homemade jams. excellent value for money and a delightful experience.

Its location not too far away from a 12th-century abbey was marvellous. The rooms of the hotel were particularly good and beautiful with all the comforts.
